Mr. Hauan, born 1968, holds a Master in Economy & Logistics from Royal Norwegian Naval Academy. Mr Hauan has broad international experience from working with technology oriented sales and concepts. Mr Hauan also hold the rank of Commander in The Norwegian Navy.
COO, Jens O. Frorud
Mr. Frorud, born 1960, holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Mr. Frorud has extensive international experience from leading positions in research and development and sales with Ericsson, Alcatel and AXXESSIT ASA, lastly as Director Sales & Marketing.
CTO, Mikhail Numerov
Mikhail Numerov, born 1975, holds a M.S. in Techniques and Technology with Automation and Computer Engineering specialization from Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnic University. Mr. Numerov works in IT industry since 1998 starting from junior engineering position in a small Norwegian company and growing to a project manager in Motorola. Mr. Numerov has experience in commercial product development process including hardware and software co-development and testing. Mr. Numerov has international experience in participating in and running joint multi-site projects.

Mr. Back, born 1970, holds a MBA from Norwegian School of Management (BI) and minor degrees in psychology and business from University of Oslo and Brigham Young University. Mr. Back has experience from logistics, human resources and sales with companies such as Alcatel, AXXESSIT, Ericsson and AXXE, lastly as co-founder and Director Sales & Marketing.
